College Hill RemodelThis design consists of a new detached garage with an upstairs studio and a retrofit to the existing garage and master bedroom. The new spaces in the home are open and spacious, created with a clerestory and passive ventilation strategies. The building remodel was integrated with the landscape design where living spaces are extended outdoors onto covered patios, decks and secluded gardens.
