Whiteaker Station

The Whiteaker Station project is a renovation of several existing buildings to help define a mixed-use node within the Whiteaker Neighborhood. The project will be phased, with the final site development involving the incorporation of many sustainable features. The landscape will include on-site stormwater management. The rain will fall on to the vegetated roofs of the buildings, and flow into cisterns and bioswales that will filter and retain the water, some of which will be retained on-site for irrigation. This site will be a commercial development where pedestrian friendly features, connection to the street and nature will be emphasized.
