SeQuential Biofuels Retail Fueling Station

The SeQuential Biofuels project entailed designing a new retail biofueling station on a brownfield site. Components of the site included a convenience store with a vegetated roof and coffee drive-up; fuel pumps and canopies with integrated photovoltaics, landscaping and stormwater management.

In addition to being project managers, Habitats staff designed the fuel station site plan, landscape and stormwater features, and designed, installed and planted the vegetated roof. We researched available grant funding, explored LEED certification and worked with local and state planners to secure permits for the project.
